This is a serious - hands on Hypnosis PRACTICE GROUP in the San Francisco Bay Area. We get together on a semi-weekly basis, and practice structured exercises. You do the work, you will learn.

San Francisco Bay Area Sleepwalkers is a fantastic resource. I had never hypnotised anyone when I walked into my first Sleepwalkers meeting. After attending a few meetings a month for about six months I attended an advanced stage hypnosis class. I was surprised at how much that I knew and how well that I performed. The hypnosis skills that I learned in my short time at Sleepwalkers fit in very well at an advanced class with many well-trained, experienced hypnotists.
